Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition is open from 25/11/21.

To enter the competition, simply enter your details via the Y Groser Harlech website, or via paper form in store. 

There are 3 prizes to be won detailed below:
1st Prize : A luxury Christmas Hamper filled with amazing Welsh foods and wines & spirit worth £150
2nd Prize: A luxury Hamper filled with Welsh foods, festive treats and sparkling welsh wine & liquor worth £80
3rd Prize : Duo of wine. Two bottles of fine wine packed in a presentation wooden box. Worth £50

The winners will be chosen on Monday 20th December at random and will be contacted via e-mails & telephone numbers provided. The winners must then contact Y Groser Harlech to claim their Prize within 4 days of the message. If the winner cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if a Prize remains unclaimed, the Prize shall be forfeited and Y Groser Harlech reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Y Groser Harlech may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period.

Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Using false details will result in disqualification

There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.

Y groser Harlech reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if circumstances change that are beyond its reasonable control.

Y Groser Harlech decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials.

When entering any competition, we will ask you for your consent to allow Y Groser Harlechn to keep in contact about other promotions, offers and news. You are under no obligation to consent and this in no way affects your eligibility to still enter the competition. If you do decide to opt in you can always unsubscribe at any time, if you wish to do so. Y Groser Harlech will only ever use your information in line with its Privacy Policy.

Y Groser Harlech will not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform any contractual obligation which is due to any event or circumstances which is beyond the reasonable control of Y Groser Harlech or which Y Groser Harlech could not foresee or avoid.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this prize draw.
